MARDAŞPORT is located in Ambarlı Port Facilities and launched its terminal services by handling sister company's steel products and third party clientele transported break bulk cargoes in 1991.

As a consequence of growing volume of containerization in maritime transportation, container handling at Mardaşport took place in 2002. 

Mardaşport after serious investments in container handling equipments has become one of the main container terminals in Ambarlı port Facilities. 

Mardaş Marmara Maritime Management is a giant investor in Turkey in the fields of Marine terminal; ship owning, ship management and agency activities. 

Our corporation is known abroad as Mardeniz since ship owning, ship management and chartering facilities are carried out under Mardeniz brand. We also service under the name of Kardeniz as exclusive charterer of İçdaş, the sister company manufacture steel products. On the other hand, agency department represents all vessels transporting İçdaş's steel products or raw minerals and scraps at their Mardaşport call. Besides, the same department produces Bosphorus passage services as an agent for all ship owners. 

It is shipyard business that one of Mardaş's latest enterprise fields. The shipyard construction goes on in Marmara Sea close to Yalova region. It is aimed to build ship series in the yard following Japanese shipyards' experience.

And finally; Mardaş invested also in tourism sector by a hotel called Susesi De luxe Resort & Spa that came in to use in Antalya Belek in 2007.
